About the role

  • Act as the People and Culture Business Partner at Sicredi Central South/Southeast (Business Partner), in a generalist capacity, supporting leaders and employees on People and Culture topics and leading initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, training and management of Organizational Culture;
  • Serve as a technical reference on People and Culture matters, especially Climate and Engagement Management, contributing to projects and rollouts across the Sicredi system, promoting actions at the Central office and with cooperatives, with a focus on improving results analysis and monitoring action plans;
  • Analyze People and Culture indicators and data, identifying opportunities for action at the Central office and cooperatives, and proposing actions to improve areas that need attention;
  • Work in support of the systemic strategic objectives and those of Sicredi Central South/Southeast, participating in initiatives, working groups and multidisciplinary teams, building strong relationships to influence strategy execution through People and Culture agendas;
  • Act as a transformative agent and influence change, pursuing continuous learning and staying connected to market trends in People and Culture through innovative, high-impact actions for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy or related fields;
  • MBA/specialization and certifications relevant to the role are desirable;
  • Generalist experience in People and Culture / People Management / Human Resources;
  • Experience as a Business Partner is desirable;
  • Experience in Organizational Climate Management;
  • The following will be considered a plus:
  • Experience with Organizational Culture and Cultural Transformation;
  • Knowledge of people management tools (Elofy, Sênior, Gupy), as well as Microsoft tools (Planner, Power BI, etc.);
  • Project management;
  • Presentation techniques;
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Cooperative Business.
