About the role

  • Prospect new members and business opportunities that benefit the Cooperative, its members, and the community;
  • Provide personalized, high-quality service to members aimed at retention and loyalty, maintaining a consultative approach;
  • Advise members on financial matters without influencing their decisions, acting as a financial consultant;
  • Establish a visit schedule for members in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Be responsible for growing the member portfolio, acquisition/retention, and the capture, retention and placement of funds;
  • Mobilize efforts to achieve sustainable, concrete results in line with Sicoob PRO guidelines;
  • Focus daily activities on meeting members' needs, acting in alignment with our business, culture, and values, and safeguarding our institutional identity;
  • Work cooperatively, maintaining good relationships with peers and supervisors to align efforts toward Sicoob PRO's objectives;
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in the processes involved, using available resources effectively while considering internal and external guidelines and meeting objectives, deadlines, and quality standards for deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields);
  • Previous experience in financial institutions – Commercial/Sales area;
  • ANBIMA CPA-10 certification required; CPA-20 desirable;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus;
  • Experience in a credit cooperative is a plus.
