About the role
- Prospect new members and business opportunities that benefit the Cooperative, its members, and the community;
- Provide personalized, high-quality service to members aimed at retention and loyalty, maintaining a consultative approach;
- Advise members on financial matters without influencing their decisions, acting as a financial consultant;
- Establish a visit schedule for members in accordance with internal procedures;
- Be responsible for growing the member portfolio, acquisition/retention, and the capture, retention and placement of funds;
- Mobilize efforts to achieve sustainable, concrete results in line with Sicoob PRO guidelines;
- Focus daily activities on meeting members' needs, acting in alignment with our business, culture, and values, and safeguarding our institutional identity;
- Work cooperatively, maintaining good relationships with peers and supervisors to align efforts toward Sicoob PRO's objectives;
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in the processes involved, using available resources effectively while considering internal and external guidelines and meeting objectives, deadlines, and quality standards for deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields);
- Previous experience in financial institutions – Commercial/Sales area;
- ANBIMA CPA-10 certification required; CPA-20 desirable;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus;
- Experience in a credit cooperative is a plus.
