About the role
- You acquire founders, executives, and marketing specialists as clients.
- You conduct consultative meetings with prospects, explain our services, and, if we are a good fit, convert them into clients.
- You regularly speak with existing clients and check whether they need further support from us.
- You handle the preparation and follow-up of meetings held by our strategy consultants to stay fully up to date on our clients' situations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in agency and B2B environments.
- You know how to effectively convince new prospects of our offering.
- You know when to probe further and when it’s simply not a match.
- You’re organized and quickly get up to speed on new topics.
- You’re eager to take on responsibility from day one and to continue developing professionally.
- Your German and English are better than DeepL and ChatGPT combined.
