About the role

  • You acquire founders, executives, and marketing specialists as clients.
  • You conduct consultative meetings with prospects, explain our services, and, if we are a good fit, convert them into clients.
  • You regularly speak with existing clients and check whether they need further support from us.
  • You handle the preparation and follow-up of meetings held by our strategy consultants to stay fully up to date on our clients' situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in agency and B2B environments.
  • You know how to effectively convince new prospects of our offering.
  • You know when to probe further and when it’s simply not a match.
  • You’re organized and quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • You’re eager to take on responsibility from day one and to continue developing professionally.
  • Your German and English are better than DeepL and ChatGPT combined.
