About the role
- Define product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and client business outcomes.
- Convert business goals and customer requirements into clear, structured product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Ensure product initiatives contribute directly to KPIs such as revenue growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, leadership, sales, and engineering—ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.
- Continuously assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Define, monitor, and optimize product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from clients and stakeholders to enhance product-market fit and maximize long-term value.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure efficient execution, balancing speed-to-market with quality and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (strong technical foundation preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in technology-driven or client-facing environments.
- Proven ability to deliver products that create tangible business value.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Consulting or multi-client project experience preferred.
- Prior team leadership experience is an advantage.
