About the role
- Be the Engine Behind Shure’s Dealer Growth
- Partner closely with premium authorized partners and dealer networks
- Act as the bridge between Shure’s sales, marketing, and merchandising teams
- Ensure partners are actively generating, qualifying, and pursuing high quality leads
- Support revenue growth, partner engagement, and overall effectiveness of marketing-to-sales pipeline
- Work closely with partner engineers to drive technical awareness and Shure brand building
- Execute strategic plans to identify, research, evaluate, and prioritize market leads
- Deliver prepared sales messaging for Shure products/solutions to move customers through the buying process
- Schedule calls with prospective customers and ensure timely handoffs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales account professional beyond entry level
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio visual principles and products
- Market experience in Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production a plus
- Good judgment and ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Detail-oriented, professional, ambitious, well-organized, and good time management skills
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and collaboratively
- Knowledge of CRM-related applications and marketing automation applications
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
