About the role

  • Be the Engine Behind Shure’s Dealer Growth
  • Partner closely with premium authorized partners and dealer networks
  • Act as the bridge between Shure’s sales, marketing, and merchandising teams
  • Ensure partners are actively generating, qualifying, and pursuing high quality leads
  • Support revenue growth, partner engagement, and overall effectiveness of marketing-to-sales pipeline
  • Work closely with partner engineers to drive technical awareness and Shure brand building
  • Execute strategic plans to identify, research, evaluate, and prioritize market leads
  • Deliver prepared sales messaging for Shure products/solutions to move customers through the buying process
  • Schedule calls with prospective customers and ensure timely handoffs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales account professional beyond entry level
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio visual principles and products
  • Market experience in Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production a plus
  • Good judgment and ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Detail-oriented, professional, ambitious, well-organized, and good time management skills
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of CRM-related applications and marketing automation applications
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
