About the role

  • Support various functions within the HR team and distribution center warehouse
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, inventory support, and event planning
  • Set up and monitor biweekly meals and coordinate snack days
  • Aid in planning and logistics for Core Week and the Summer Picnic events
  • Facilitate VIBEs events to encourage inclusivity
  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR team at corporate headquarters

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Comfortable performing physical activities and standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
