💰 $57 - $81 per hour

About the role

  • Provides evaluation and therapy services including direct patient care
  • Patient/family education and transition of care in an efficient manner
  • Works with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to design and implement plans of care
  • Functions as a team member and develops leadership skills through mentoring and providing education
  • Supports ongoing development and improvement of the department through special projects and committees
  • Responsible for professional growth and development through ongoing education and research
  • Maintains current knowledge in changes related to scope of practice and compliant documentation

Requirements

  • Current licensure by the California Board of Medical Examiners
  • BLS certification
  • Previous physical therapist clinical experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, spinal cord injury and burns preferred
