About the role
- Evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients including infants, toddlers, school age and adolescent children
- Interact with families and children of all ages in a family-centered care environment
- Supervisory responsibilities of physical therapist, occupational therapists, recreational / child life therapists, rehabilitation aides, students, and volunteers as assigned
- Provide evaluations and therapy services, education and training to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans of care
- Contribute to department development and improvement through special projects and performance improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed in state of practice
- 1 year physical therapy experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
