About the role

  • Manage all incoming shoot samples, including daily hanging and sorting of apparel deliveries, as well as weekly ordering of non-apparel samples
  • Request ad hoc shoot lists from the warehouse, including reshoots, curve, and styling orders
  • Collaborate with our SEO agency to create and optimise SEO collections using Shopify Smart Collections
  • Regularly update and maintain meta titles and descriptions across collection pages to align with keyword strategy
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns, product launches, and SEO initiatives are aligned
  • Communicate regularly with the eCommerce Trading Manager and SEO agency on ongoing optimisations

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce, studio, or fashion production environment, with a solid understanding of shoot processes, sample management, and product handling
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams (e.g., Styling, Studio, Product, and Warehouse) to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Experience with Google Suite or similar and Shopify experience highly advantageous
  • General understanding and passion for fast fashion and women's clothing
