• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite ERP and WMS modules, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and user adoption
• Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to optimize WMS workflows, including receiving, putaway, picking, transfers, and shipping
• Configure, test, and deploy NetSuite enhancements such as custom fields, workflows, saved searches, scripts, and dashboards
• Work with leadership to identify and implement process improvements that streamline fulfillment and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with external partners (NetSuite support, Celigo, consultants) to resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain robust documentation of system configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Support integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and other business systems

NetSuite Administrator

Manager

• Own the monthly demand forecasting process (Core, Promotions, New Launches), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives
• Leverage Power BI to build robust forecasts, incorporating sales trends, promotions, events, and market dynamics
• Enhance, operationalize, and maintain NetSuite and NetStock capabilities within the business unit
• Provide forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and scenarios to guide leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans with financial targets, promotional calendars, and brand strategies
• Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to provide visibility into demand drivers, highlight forecast changes, and support decision-making on inventory actions
• Lead monthly consensus and alignment meetings, turning data into insights that influence strategy and execution
• Define best practices and standards for demand planning, driving accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as the voice of the team in cross-functional forums, ensuring demand planning insights and priorities are well-represented and understood by senior leaders and Supply Chain partners
• Support new product launches, including phase-in/phase-out strategies
• Develop and manage S&OP dashboards, forecasts, and weekly performance reports
• Responsible for ensuring capacity plans balance with the business development teams and business requirements that balance to meet or exceed customer and the business goals
• Establish stocking levels and frequency updates with purchasing that aligns with customer demand and established AOP levels
• Maintain accurate Product Life Cycle Management codes and review for gaps on a consistent schedule

Demand Planning Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and maintain dynamic revenue forecasting models based on procedure volumes, product mix, surgeon utilization, and pricing strategy
• Analyze and report on key revenue drivers, including customer adoption trends, sales performance, and distribution channel activity
• Track and explain variances between actual and forecast; proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with Commercial and Sales Operations teams to align financial forecasts with field intelligence and market dynamics
• Provide forward-looking analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic planning and long-range growth objectives
• Contribute to building a centralized, efficient contracting approach for Distributor accounts
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of Distributor contracts; track expiration dates and assist in renewals or amendments
• Partner with leadership in drafting, reviewing (redlining), and securing necessary contract approvals
• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of Distributor information across internal systems
• Support company-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, including operating expense planning and departmental support
• Perform ad hoc analysis and financial modeling to evaluate business initiatives, product launches, or capital investments
• Assist in monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis and reporting packages
