About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for target customers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory updates
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex clinical and technical information
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
