About the role
- Contribute to the development and execution of the core product roadmap.
- Serve as product subject matter expert in your specific area.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition to support product decisions.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform ongoing strategy.
- Align cross-functional teams around strategic goals.
- Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of Product Development with appropriate technical teams.
- Lead internal training and maintain knowledge base content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business or related field.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills - a background as a Business analyst is ideal.
- Customer-focused, innovative, and proactive mindset.
