About the role
- Responsible for building and expanding the Shopware partner ecosystem in France.
- Identifying, acquiring and onboarding new digital agencies, system integrators and solution providers (hunting).
- Developing and growing existing partner relationships (farming) with a focus on long-term collaboration and revenue growth.
- Defining and implementing a scalable partner strategy for the French market.
- Responsible for achieving pipeline targets within the partner portfolio.
- Enabling partners through structured onboarding, training, joint business planning and continuous performance management.
- Executing joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities and local ecosystem events to increase market awareness and demand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development or a comparable role.
- Proven track record in market development, partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the French e-commerce market, system integrators and digital agencies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a growth environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills at C-level and operational levels.
- Professional proficiency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
