About the role
- Provide personal, proactive 1:1 and 1:n support to Shopware customers.
- Manage a high volume of customers in a structured manner according to defined priorities.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for inquiries via phone (direct line), ticketing system, email, or WhatsApp for Business.
- Attend industry trade shows to maintain relationships and network.
- Build long-term, strategic partnerships with Shopware customers.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted cross-sell, upsell, and renewal initiatives while maintaining a low churn rate.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, ideally in e-commerce.
- Ability to manage relationships proactively.
- Experience as an Account Manager in IT-related environments.
- Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Confident in conducting price negotiations with customers.
- Strong technical understanding and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Confident presence, persuasive communication skills, and a high degree of empathy.
- Business-fluent German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
