About the role

  • Provide personal, proactive 1:1 and 1:n support to Shopware customers.
  • Manage a high volume of customers in a structured manner according to defined priorities.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for inquiries via phone (direct line), ticketing system, email, or WhatsApp for Business.
  • Attend industry trade shows to maintain relationships and network.
  • Build long-term, strategic partnerships with Shopware customers.
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted cross-sell, upsell, and renewal initiatives while maintaining a low churn rate.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Ability to manage relationships proactively.
  • Experience as an Account Manager in IT-related environments.
  • Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Confident in conducting price negotiations with customers.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Confident presence, persuasive communication skills, and a high degree of empathy.
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
