• Architect and govern the end-to-end marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot, Web/Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
• Orchestrate and maintain the Global Reporting Framework within HubSpot, ensuring 100% data integrity and providing a "single source of truth" for lead-to-revenue performance.
• Partner with Marketing Leadership to design and scale a measurement program that proves the ROI and efficacy of all marketing spend.
• Serve as the primary SME for the marketing tech stack, proactively sourcing and implementing new solutions (e.g., referral/partner platforms) to solve business bottlenecks.
• Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Web/Engineering, and RevOps to eliminate execution friction and accelerate campaign velocity.
• Design and own technical tracking frameworks for major multi-channel initiatives, ensuring accurate attribution for high-stakes programs like SEMA or direct mail.

• Oversee and directly manage enterprise and mid-market projects from initiation to completion
• Set and manage customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Develop detailed project plans that: define the scope of the project, layout project timeline with key milestones, identify and mitigate risks and establish benchmarks for successful outcome
• Communicate proactively and effectively with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the Customer to drive progress, identifying risks and issues that could affect project deliverables
