About the role
- Sell the value of ShopBack Ads as a performance driven retail media channel
- Acquire new mid market and enterprise FMCG and Alcohol brand partners
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline with clear focus and prioritisation
- Open and develop senior stakeholder relationships with brand and agency partners
- Shape how ShopBack Ads is positioned and sold in market through real world feedback
- Work closely with internal teams to bring new partners live successfully
- Take ownership of commercial outcomes and pipeline performance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in business development or media sales
- Experience selling advertising, retail media, affiliate, or performance marketing solutions
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to sell value, not just media inventory
- Comfortable opening doors and leading senior commercial conversations
- Thrives in fast moving environments where products and processes evolve
- A self starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Curious, resilient, and motivated by growth
