About the role

  • Sell the value of ShopBack Ads as a performance driven retail media channel
  • Acquire new mid market and enterprise FMCG and Alcohol brand partners
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build and manage a strong new business pipeline with clear focus and prioritisation
  • Open and develop senior stakeholder relationships with brand and agency partners
  • Shape how ShopBack Ads is positioned and sold in market through real world feedback
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring new partners live successfully
  • Take ownership of commercial outcomes and pipeline performance

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in business development or media sales
  • Experience selling advertising, retail media, affiliate, or performance marketing solutions
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to sell value, not just media inventory
  • Comfortable opening doors and leading senior commercial conversations
  • Thrives in fast moving environments where products and processes evolve
  • A self starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Curious, resilient, and motivated by growth
