About the role
- Drive the CRM strategy for the Belgian market with a focus on personalization and automation.
- Develop the existing customer strategy for Belgium.
- Achieve revenue targets, plan budgets, and implement CRM measures.
- Monitor and report on KPI metrics and channel KPIs.
- Optimize cross-departmental processes.
Requirements
- Several years of CRM experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Initial leadership experience.
- Valuing customer centricity and analytical work.
- Experience with ESP tools and CDP.
- Familiarity with print marketing activities.
- Fluent in English, with Dutch, French, or German as a plus.
