About the role

  • Drive the CRM strategy for the Belgian market with a focus on personalization and automation.
  • Develop the existing customer strategy for Belgium.

Requirements

  • Several years of CRM experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Initial leadership experience.

  • Familiarity with print marketing activities.
  • Fluent in English, with Dutch, French, or German as a plus.
