About the role

  • Manage show budgets, administrative operations, and logistical coordination from pre-production through delivery.
  • Ensure production remains on schedule and under budget without compromising the creative integrity of the show.
  • Collaborate and work in sync with internal teams at Shondaland, as well as external counterparts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day physical production of scripted and unscripted series, documentaries, and feature films.
  • Provide clear and positive leadership and growth-focused mentorship to the Physical Production Team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a line producer or unit production manager is required.
  • Experience working in creative development is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience as a leader in production management in the field or at a network level for scripted series.
  • Tech savvy; must learn new software quickly and easily; mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting.
