Director of Engineering – Last Mile Delivery, Gig Platform

Manager

• You will be responsible for working across functions and with senior leaders to help identify and evaluate critical strategic problems and priorities.
• Catalyzing action against them through strategy measurement and value management.
• Acting as a strategist, consultant, and implementer, you will play a critical role in helping to build a healthy organization, setting the right strategy and process.
• Driving critical cross-functional efforts in close step with senior leadership.
• You will work alongside core business functions to bring Shipt’s enterprise strategies to life and lead high-impact research to define our right to win in new or emerging categories.
• You will serve as the lead orchestrator for an internal insights Center of Excellence, partnering with intelligence vendors to build and execute a comprehensive insights roadmap that democratizes access to high-quality data.
• Additionally, you will lead analytical work streams to build business and value cases, coordinate working sessions with stakeholders, and build Executive ready project deliverables to provide tactical and strategic support on a range of executive-level operations.
