About the role

  • Act as a strategic end-to-end learning leader across design, facilitation, and subject matter expertise
  • Utilize a portfolio management approach to equip team with Future Ready Skills
  • Champion learning initiatives embedding growth into daily work
  • Partner across business teams to translate complex concepts into accessible programs
  • Curate a comprehensive plan for Learning for team members and leaders at every level
  • Establish robust, data-driven measurement strategies
  • Lead engaging, high-stakes facilitation sessions for diverse audiences

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s in ID or HR is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Adaptable nature, thriving in ambiguity
  • Ability to build curriculum for non-technical team members
  • Ability to travel frequently for business meetings, team on-sites, and events
