About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from the first call to closing
  • Deliver fast, effective demos – the product is plug & play
  • Clearly articulate the economic value for customers
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and sales processes
  • Monitor the market and bring feedback to the product team

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (Inside Sales, Junior Account Executive)
  • Comfortable using sales tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Short sales cycles and medium-high volumes don’t intimidate you
  • Familiarity with financial reasoning and data analysis (logistics background not required)
  • Coachable mindset: you want to learn and improve every day
  • Autonomy, energy, and strong results orientation
  • Fluent Italian, good English
