About the role
- Lead post-implementation kick-offs to ensure a smooth transition and showcase expedited time to value for clients
- Build a customer-centric environment to translate into long-term loyalty and be the open door for customer issues
- Forecast renewals and identify expansion/upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
- Use CSAT, NPS, and usage data to identify risks early and develop playbooks to resolve issues before they lead to churn
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS environment (customer-facing role) or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- E-commerce/Supply Chain or Parcel experience preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and project management systems
- Excellent communication skills: persuasive speaker and clear writer
- Adaptability: capable of pivoting when priorities shift and remaining calm under pressure
- Problem Solving: probing thinker who asks the right questions before making strategic recommendations
