About the role

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational reliability across Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and internal delivery processes.
  • Transform inputs from engineers and leadership into clean, standardized documents.
  • Manage document revisions, signature workflows, and final execution.
  • Track billing, invoices, payments, deal status, and operational costs for each project.
  • Maintain project, deal, and delivery trackers using JIRA and related tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and customer meetings.
  • Produce basic reporting and status updates for FDE leadership.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, documentation, contract administration, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with JIRA and Agile workflows.
  • Experience working with invoices, billing processes, or internal operational systems is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
  • Comfortable working with contracts, financial documents, and internal operational processes.
  • Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to preventing operational gaps.
