About the role
- Define and drive multi-quarter product strategy aligned to company growth goals
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that materially improve customer outcomes (cost, service levels, throughput, labor efficiency)
- Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch, focusing on outcomes over outputs
- Embed AI and operational intelligence into core workflows
- Conduct disciplined customer discovery and validation to ensure product-market fit
- Partner with Engineering to make thoughtful architectural tradeoffs balancing scale, flexibility, and speed
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and business impact
- Work directly with mid-market and enterprise customers to inform roadmap direction
- Champion ShipHawk’s intelligence and platform capabilities internally and externally
- Elevate product management craft and rigor across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years working on workflow-heavy platforms (WMS, logistics, supply chain, ERP, or similar systems)
- Proven track record delivering complex B2B SaaS products in agile environments
- Strong systems thinker with technical fluency in API-driven and multi-tenant architectures
- Experience translating operational pain points into scalable SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success leading multi-quarter strategic initiatives
- Highly analytical with comfort making decisions in ambiguity
- Exceptional communication skills - able to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive clarity
- Experience working closely with implementation-heavy, mid-market, or enterprise customers.
