Daily and weekly standard management in Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, Merchant integrated WMS platforms, Outbound forecasting updates, and other mechanisms for Outbound order flow planning.
Present regular forecasting updates to supply chain leadership, communicating key merchant volume deviations and risk mitigation measures.
Work directly with the Forecasting management team to support alerts to Operations and Merchant teams and provide strategic recommendations.
Liaise with Fulfillment Center Operations and external Merchant teams on Outbound orders, promotions, sales, and inventory impacts on forecast.
Track new merchants and their projected outbound shipments tied to potential large influxes of orders.
Use data informed reports and analyses to identify process failure/common issues within all forecasting support tasks.
Provide support in running and maintaining the Outbound forecasting model and supporting other Supply Chain Forecasting models or duties as needed.
Share knowledge with other teams, partner sites and management on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in supply chain/e-commerce fulfillment operations is a must.
Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency is a must.
Willingness to learn about the above technologies and demand forecasting.
Qualitative and quantitative research skills and creative problem solving required.
Established ability to proactively work with and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Hard working with a focus on learning and passionate about helping small businesses compete online.
Ability to work in complex situations and remain focused.
