About the role

  • Achieve Annual Operating Plan/target assigned to allocated partners and territory
  • Forecast for month, quarter and year.
  • Work Cohesively in an Ecosystem consisting of teams handling focused Accounts, Department and Industry to deliver distributor growth at a rate in consideration of country growth rate.
  • Create Programmes and accomplish growth Programs.
  • Create and conduct Partner led marketing activities.
  • Partner Performance Management and Review.
  • Enhance Partner market making capabilities and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • B. Tech/BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics
  • 8-18 Years experience in selling and managing partners and customers in Automation Industry
  • Ability to travel upto 50% of the time.
