About the role
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan/target assigned to allocated partners and territory
- Forecast for month, quarter and year.
- Work Cohesively in an Ecosystem consisting of teams handling focused Accounts, Department and Industry to deliver distributor growth at a rate in consideration of country growth rate.
- Create Programmes and accomplish growth Programs.
- Create and conduct Partner led marketing activities.
- Partner Performance Management and Review.
- Enhance Partner market making capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements
- B. Tech/BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics
- 8-18 Years experience in selling and managing partners and customers in Automation Industry
- Ability to travel upto 50% of the time.
