About the role
- Advising and supporting employees (m/f/d) on all HR-related matters
- Preparing and following up on the monthly payroll
- Managing the entire recruiting process
- Drafting job descriptions, employment contracts and certificates
- Collaborating with the works council
- Maintaining personnel files, master data and timekeeping systems
- Implementing HR processes
- Contributing to internal and external HR reporting
- Helping shape employer branding, talent development and occupational health management
Requirements
- University degree or commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Experience with MS Office applications, especially strong Excel skills; SAP experience a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills and an independent working style
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
