About the role

  • New customer acquisition: Identifying and proactively approaching potential business customers in a B2B environment
  • Needs analysis & consulting: Analyzing individual customer requirements and developing tailored solutions based on our products
  • Managing the sales cycle: Independently guiding leads — both from your own prospecting and from Sales Development — through to closing
  • Business cases & presentations: Preparing persuasive business cases and delivering professional product presentations
  • Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant decision-makers
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with Marketing, Sales Development and Customer Success to optimize conversion and the customer experience
  • Target achievement & performance: Structuring and planning your activities to meet defined sales targets

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience: Several years of experience in a closing role in B2B sales
  • Communication skills: Clear, structured and persuasive communication across different hierarchy levels
  • Relationship management: Ability to build trust and develop long-term business relationships
  • Result orientation: Focus on achieving targets, prioritization and working independently
  • Resilience: Confident handling of setbacks and long sales processes
  • Team orientation: Willingness to share best practices and grow together with the team
  • Languages: German C2, English at least B2
