About the role

  • Conduct market, industry and competitive research to support strategic planning
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments, partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Develop, track and report KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics for new initiatives and sales actions.
  • Assist the commercial team with lead generation, prospect analysis and partner qualification.
  • Gather insights from clients and stakeholders to inform value propositions and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal and Operations) to ensure alignment and implementation success.
  • Monitor performance of ongoing partnerships and identify opportunities to optimize value and scale.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience as a Business Development Analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related - experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, business development, strategy, or commercial planning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with structured data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English in professional business settings.
