About the role

  • Lead efforts to standardize and improve internal processes related to the sales process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of Commercial projects aimed at enhancing the Commercial team’s experience, collaborating closely with Commercial leaders. Manage projects from initiation to completion, providing reports on both outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Legal and Learning & Development, to identify and address process inefficiencies and training needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal systems such as Salesforce to effectively manage and improve workflows.
  • Foster strong relationships with key Commercial stakeholders to drive engagement and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in relevant industry roles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and corporate standards.
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, sales automation platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software such as Tableau, with a strong familiarity with industry-standard technologies.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in business, finance, or related fields.
