About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle for Shift Markets’ exchange technology, from prospecting and discovery through to contract close.
  • Identify and engage new clients in assigned regions, with a strong focus on outbound and relationship-driven sales.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs and position tailored exchange solutions.
  • Present and demo Shift Markets’ white-label exchange platform to founders, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product, and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Represent Shift Markets at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to grow regional presence.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients post-sale to support expansion, upsell, and retention.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, financial services, or crypto-adjacent industries.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a competitive, consultative sales environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, global team.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and selling an evolving, configurable technology product.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential for candidates with strong commercial experience.
  • Experience selling into LATAM markets.
  • Existing network within fintech, crypto, or financial services ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho.
  • Openness to using AI and modern sales tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve productivity and research.
