About the role
- Provide clinical leadership and consultation to therapists across the practice
- Facilitate clinical supervision programming, including oversight of Clinical Lead supervisory programming
- Support professional development initiatives focused on clinical excellence and professional practice
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team on strategic planning and service improvements
- Review therapist caseloads and support ongoing optimization of client care and service delivery
- Act as the hiring manager for therapist contractor recruitment
- Support the development and implementation of clinical systems, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory standards
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Support compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field
- Registration in good standing with a recognized provincial regulatory body
- Minimum five years of experience in a clinical setting, including at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Eligibility to fulfill requirements for the Clinical Supervisor designation with the CRPO
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with technology and practice management systems such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Jane
- Ideally live within a two-hour commute of the Greater Toronto Area to attend occasional in-person meetings, team events, and off-sites (but candidates further away will still be considered)
