Director of FP&A

Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of customer installations and telecommunications projects from contract through customer acceptance
• Maintain project timelines, customer commitments, and installation milestones while coordinating updates between carriers, vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders
• Review customer communications and respond promptly and professionally throughout the day
• Navigate multiple carrier portals to monitor order progress, provisioning updates, and installation timelines
• Lead weekly customer status calls for multi-location projects and provide organized post call summaries including action items and next steps

Revenue Operations

• Partner directly with Shield portfolio companies to understand their revenue streams, systems, and reporting processes
• Dig into partner-level data to validate accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure clean inputs into financial systems
• Build and standardize revenue operations processes across a diverse set of partner environments
• Act as the bridge between partner operations and internal finance, ensuring revenue data flows correctly into systems like NetSuite
• Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements to increase data integrity and reporting consistency
• Support revenue-related integrations as new partners are onboarded
• Liaise between Finance, FP&A, and Systems teams to align on reporting and forecasting needs

• Prospect and generate leads in our target markets (small/mid-sized businesses in the Philadelphia region and beyond) through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges, IT pain points, and goals—then translate how our services deliver measurable value (e.g., reduced risk, predictable costs, compliance support).

• Own the P&L for your Shield Companies. Deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA improvement.
• Partner with corporate finance and ShieldCo leadership on monthly financial tracking, budget and target setting, and ongoing business performance management.
• Develop a deep understanding of what's driving performance in each business: recurring revenue trends, client retention, utilization, and pipeline health.
