💰 $85,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Support SHI’s Sales and Engineering teams by delivering estimates, technical consultation, solution design, and support for Cisco Solution Requests.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, gather requirements for solutions, and build the essential Bill of Materials.
- Manage queue requests and internal escalations from Technical Specialists and other Solutions Engineers.
- Stay current on Cisco’s solutions and road map by attending VTs, VOEs, Partner Summits, and other industry events.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid CCNA Certification(s)
- Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
- CCNA/CCDA Certification(s) required, CCNP Certification preferred.
