About the role
- Lead the technology team in developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful technology initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in technology processes by leveraging new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Prepare and present technology metrics and reports to the executive team.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience required
- 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology or a relevant functional area
- 4+ years of experience in a management position required
- Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
- Ability to travel 25%.
