About the role

  • Own and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities for cloud and platform products.
  • Define and refine epics, features, and technical user stories in collaboration with technical and product teams.
  • Act as the Product Owner in Agile delivery teams, participating in backlog refinement, planning, and reviews.
  • Ensure products are designed for repeatability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Own and prioritize the backlog for internal DevOps, automation, orchestration, and platform services.
  • Work with DevOps and SRE teams to evolve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and self‑service capabilities.
  • Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform components, and standardized delivery patterns.
  • Support platform reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well understood.
  • Partner with Architecture teams to validate alignment with reference architectures and technical standards.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Participate in proofs of concept (PoCs) and technical evaluations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar product role.
  • Relevant certifications (cloud, DevOps, Product, FinOps) are considered an asset.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices, automation, and platform teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working with public cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
  • Experience with on‑premises and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Broadcom VMware VCF is an asset.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.
  • Good knowledge of IT security and operational best practices.
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written are essential; fluency in French is an important asset.
