About the role
- Manage and oversee the sales activities of the Modern Work and Dynamics 365 teams, including setting and tracking sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share, customer retention, and profitability
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills, performance, and career development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities, challenges, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Sherweb's policies, procedures, and values
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cloud solutions or software industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Modern Work and Dynamics 365 products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
