About the role

  • Manage and oversee the sales activities of the Modern Work and Dynamics 365 teams, including setting and tracking sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share, customer retention, and profitability
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills, performance, and career development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities, challenges, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with Sherweb's policies, procedures, and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cloud solutions or software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Modern Work and Dynamics 365 products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required
