About the role
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Dayforce Payroll and Credit Card reconciliations.
- Analyze and document business requirements for payroll, benefits, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Configure and maintain Dayforce workflows, pay groups, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and deduction setups.
- Perform and oversee credit card reconciliations, ensuring accurate matching of transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining audit trails.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for payroll, benefits, and reconciliation analytics.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for new features and updates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and data integrity checks across payroll and financial systems.
- Provide end-user training and support for Dayforce functionality and BOA reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis with a focus on payroll, benefits, and financial reconciliation.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM, specifically Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Experience with credit card reconciliation processes, including expense tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with financial systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Dayforce system implementations or module expansions.
- Prior experience working with Bank of America systems, or in a banking or financial services environment.
- Exposure to field engineering operations or electric utility company workflows, especially in payroll or expense reconciliation contexts.
- Certification in Payroll (FPC, CPP), HRIS, or Accounting is a plus.
- Experience with other Dayforce modules (e.g., Time & Attendance, Workforce Management) is beneficial
