About the role
- Coordinate and administer Canada-wide compliance activities, including WCB administration, safety documentation, and policy updates
- Maintain fleet, driver, and vehicle records, including renewals, odometer tracking, and system updates
- Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data in ERP and internal tracking systems
- Support purchasing, billing, timecard reporting, and expense documentation
- Provide general administrative support to operations and management teams
- Maintain office, safety, PPE, and uniform supplies
- Support employee onboarding, new hire documentation, and record management
- Assist with marketing and recruiting initiatives, including tradeshows, career fairs, and branded materials
- Provide reception backup, phone coverage, and general office coordination
- Support internal projects, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination as required
Requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is considered an asset
- Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
