About the role
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary contact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to foster growth, retention, and deeper penetration.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts, leading to increased revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to deliver solutions and meet client needs.
- Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate large multi-year agreements, and manage legal/business risks.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
- Proactively address complex client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering
- Experience selling electrical/power distribution or engineering services or products or related
- Experience from or selling directly to ABB, Hitachi, Siemens or GE Vernova
- Ability to lead teams and influence decisions without direct authority.
- Strong ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially with senior executives.
- Proven track record in technical aptitude, strategy, and negotiation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation tools.
