Requirements
- Setting the strategic direction and roadmap for project delivery and project management tools, based on requirements from teams across the organisation.
- Managing and prioritising product backlogs, ensuring updates, enhancements and fixes deliver clear benefits.
- Working with technical specialists and suppliers to ensure tools are configured, supported and improved effectively.
- Supporting, coaching and training colleagues so tools are well‑understood and widely adopted across IT teams.
- Leading change activities, including communication and coordination of training during new releases or updates.
