About the role
- Ensure all sales, financial, operational, and HSSE goals are delivered
- Implementation of customer and dealer value propositions
- Responsible for negotiations with dealers
- Deliver IP volume targets by collaborating with teams
- Manage DSO, OD, and Credit Risks
- Ensure all lease renewals are managed
- Deliver growth, contract renewals, and value-added projects
Requirements
- An experienced retail/sales professional (at least 5 years)
- Fluency in English
- Valid driving license
- Computer (MS) literacy
- Customer understanding, HSSE and negotiation skills
- Financial table analysis (P&L, profitability analysis)
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Problem analysis and solving skills
- Personal creativity and innovation skills
- Change management knowledge
- Stakeholder engagement
