About the role
- Provide seamless end-to-end resolution of HR queries
- Execute benefit administration, including third party contracts
- Support Line Managers with Organizational Management
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Handling all information in line with GDPR
- Provide insight to stakeholders through data analysis
- Ensure smooth run of monthly payroll for CZ and SK
- Ensure accurate administration of employment related contracts
- Provide administrative support to HR Advisor related to maternity/paternity leavers
- Supporting audits
- Processing of HR related invoices
- Providing support for HR digitalisation projects
- Monitor HR suppliers contracts
- Provide coaching and feedback to line managers
- End to end responsibility for agency employees
- Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal governance.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in HR, business, economy or psychology
- Prior knowledge and experience in Human Resources (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Precise and thorough in execution of administrative tasks
- Ability to apply Labour code in practice
- Understanding payroll related processes
- MS Office knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Workday or SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Frequent travel between the countries is expected
- Fluent English, native Czech/Slovakian.
