About the role

  • Run Voice of customer program, analyse results regularly, engage with territory managers and marketing colleagues on improvements
  • Run Mystery motorist program – Brand essentials audit / Marketing essentials audit
  • Provide reporting of results on assigned activites
  • Use available budgets for competitions and other motivation tools to improve sales and site employees engagement
  • Promote, communicate and coordinate global motivation program PMTDR
  • Manage and administer communication tools such as Shell MarketHub for files sharing, WorkJam for general communication, engagement and trainings, and others
  • Coordinate territory managers agenda through „call planning cycle“ by collecting needs of other departments and its validation with management
  • Managing regional uniforms suppliers on a local level, ensuring seamless communication, ordering, deliveries and invoicing
  • Supporting the operation standards by regularly engaging in process reviews, compliance checks, process descriptions
  • Support other departments in activies such as review of „ready for customer“ checklists, monitoring and reporting territory managers site visits, etc.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with organizing meetings and larger events - internal and external, local and virtual
  • Experience in individual work as well as strong collaboration skills
  • Strong organizing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset for results validation and motivational schemes
  • Focusing on delivering what’s important to the customer
