About the role

  • Create interactive dashboards using Power BI integrating data from SQL Excel Azure and other sources for real-time reporting
  • Apply strong data modeling and UX principles in Power BI including DAX row-level security and performance optimization to support business KPIs
  • Translate complex business problems into structured data-driven insights that drive strategic and operational decisions
  • Design and execute A/B testing hypothesis testing and pre-post analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and business impact
  • Build scalable tools and frameworks to monitor and enhance Loyalty/CRM performance across customer segments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Excel for data extraction and manipulation
  • Intermediate understanding of Python for data automation and analysis
  • Experience working with Power Automate , Power Apps , and Alteryx is a plus
  • Solid foundation in statistical analysis including Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) Hypothesis testing Univariate and multivariate analysis
