• Creative Concepting & Copywriting (60%): Lead ideation: Develop creative concepts for multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and evergreen initiatives.
• High-impact copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for key assets ranging from webpages and thought leadership pieces to ads and video scripts.
• Brand stewardship: Ensure a consistent, authoritative, and engaging brand voice across all content experiences.
• Content Architecture and GXO Strategy (30%): Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Formulate and execute strategies to optimize content for AI-driven search engines and voice search.
• Structured Content Design: Re-architect content into clear, structured formats (FAQs, bulleted summaries, direct-answer modules) that balance UX and AI crawlability.
• Operations and Project Management (10%): Workflow Optimization: Audit, design, and implement content workflows to scale content production without sacrificing quality, prioritizing an agile framework for iteration, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Own the content lifecycle from brief to deployment, utilizing existing creative operations framework and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Tech Stack Integration: Leverage AI tools where appropriate to automate repetitive tasks, streamline research, and improve time-to-completion.
