Solutions Engineer

• Manage and support a team of Solutions Engineers, including scheduling, resourcing, workload balancing, and 1:1 meetings.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to build technical and consultancy skills.
• Contribute directly to solution design, architecture, and delivery (60% utilization).
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure projects are staffed, executed on time, and aligned to scope and budget.
• Technical Partnership Liaison: Cultivate and manage technical partnerships to drive business growth through the development and enhancement of our service offerings.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to explore joint business opportunities and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
• Business Development and Account Growth: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the strategic and technical implications of different solutions.
• Play a key role in expanding client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.
• Partner with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Customer Success, and Account Management) to align technical delivery with client goals.
• Maintain expertise in marketing technology platforms to guide the team and support client needs.
• Promote continuous learning, certification, and awareness of industry trends and partner technologies.

Manager, Solutions Engineering

• Serve as a technology expert and trusted point of contact for clients
• Lead technical design sessions and develop solutions aligned with client objectives
• Oversee client onboarding, data integrations, technology implementations, and enterprise-level platform migrations
• Create in-depth documentation, including system diagrams and technical details
• Provide training and documentation to empower clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, quality assurance, and account management
• Demonstrates a growth mindset; identifies growth opportunities and helps improve mature clients' marketing technology capabilities
• Support business development efforts with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering
