• Customer Success: Build strong relationships with clients, supporting their success throughout their journey with Sharp Performance.
• Track & Report: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and optimize experiences.
• Expand Reach: Identify new opportunities within first responder agencies to grow Sharp Performance’s impact.
