About the role
- Launch and expand ShareGate’s presence in APAC through strategic channel partnerships;
- Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers and distributors aligned with a hybrid two-tier distribution model;
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to accelerate partner-led revenue growth;
- Build strong multi-level relationships within partner organizations to drive long-term engagement;
- Enable partners with tools, training, and joint business planning to maximize performance;
- Forecast regional revenue and provide performance insights aligned with global objectives;
- Act as the voice of APAC partners internally, collaborating with marketing, enablement, sales, and operations;
- Represent ShareGate within the Microsoft partner ecosystem and at regional industry events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of channel experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software;
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 partner ecosystem including resellers, distributors, GSIs, and consultants;
- Proven success developing strategic partnerships and driving partner-led revenue growth;
- Experience working within two-tier distribution models and partner recruitment strategies;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and bias for action;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently across time zones in a remote-first environment;
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Malay are strong assets.
