About the role
- Perform door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales and generate self-led leads
- Use some company-provided leads to secure sales
- Participate in training program and competitions for bonuses
- Opportunity to advance into Project Management and leadership roles
- Use company vehicles for business after 30 days with completed MVR
- Work outside, climb ladders, inspect roofs, and meet customers
- Maintain integrity, competence, and strong communication while meeting goals
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES
- SELF GEN LEADS ARE EXPECTED
- 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License required
- Reliable Transportation
- Cell Phone
- Able to carry a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- As part of onboarding, comprehensive background check including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check; offers contingent upon successful completion
- Participation in E-Verify Program for I9 Verification
